As a client of NCA you will have access to cleaners you can trust and a back up service to sort out any difficulties that may arise. We carry out detailed checks on all job applicants to provide you with a cleaner who is honest, reliable and competent.
Some of the benefits you gain from using NCA:
· Cleaners are personally interviewed and provide proof of identity and address. · Cleaners are given cleaning trials of varying lengths before being offered work. · We aim to provide you with the same cleaner each week, so that they become familiar with your requirements. · We check all references and are registered to perform Criminal Records Bureau checks on our cleaners. · We provide a back up cover if your cleaner is sick or needs time off. · We have insurance cover for accidental damage over £500 or injury to a cleaner. · Our inclusive rate is currently only £11.80 + vat per hour. · We assure you of prompt action if you are not 100% satisfied with your cleaner. · If a change of cleaner is required a relief cleaner can start immediately if necessary, whilst we organise you a permanent one. · We operate a task tick list system which ensures that the cleaner works to your own personal standards and requirements. · We do not insist on using our own cleaning products – we use the cleaning products which you choose to make available to us. · We will soon be offering bonus incentives to cleaners to encourage the highest standard of cleaning possible. · We seek feedback from clients on cleaning quality. We also perform spot checks. This once again ensures that the highest standards possible are continuously achieved. · There is no such thing as being too fussy. We are not happy until you are happy and with your feedback we will continuously strive for perfection. · We spend time with you to come up with a cleaning schedule which suits you and we give this schedule the flexibility to allow for the inevitable variations which may be required week to week.
In summary, as a client of NCA you will avoid the inconvenience, worry and risk of employing a cleaner privately. Your cleaner would have been thoroughly vetted, would have had references checked for authenticity, a police criminal background check, and would have had to demonstrate reliability and trustworthiness before being able to work unsupervised.
Most importantly, we continuously strive towards ensuring that the standard of our cleaning is second to none due to the incentives offered to cleaners, the regular feedback which is sought and the spot checks which are carried out. If the standard of cleaning falls below that expected we guarantee a prompt response.
