Average Cost of Cleaning*

2 Bed House - usually our minimum charge of £29.00 per visit

3 Bed House - £36.25 to £43.50 per visit

4 Bed House - £50.75 to £58.00 per visit

5 Bed House - £58.00 to £72.50 per visit

 

Please note that you do not have to have your whole house cleaned on each visit. If your budget is lower than the suggested average cost above, why don't you consider rotating the cleaning each visit or having just the most important rooms cleaned such as the bathrooms, kitchen and living areas? We can help you to keep costs down.

 

One Off Cleaning Prices*

£17.62 per hour

 

Considerations

We usually ask for a minimum of two hours per visit on a weekly basis. However, if we are already in your area on a particular day we may be able to accept a request for one hour per visit on a weekly basis.

 

We are sometimes able to accept a request for fortnightly cleans. Fortnightly cleans must be for a minimum of two hours.
