Our team
Our team currently consists of 20 permanent members of
staff and 6 cover staff, in addition to two full time office staff. Our staff
base is increasing on a monthly basis due to the continuous success and subsequent
growth of Never Clean Again.
Our current team includes staff members in their twenties,
thirties, forties, fifties and sixties. All of our staff vary in their background and experience. We adopt an equal opportunities policy. Our
current staff base is 100% female although we have employed male cleaners in
the past and will continue to do so. However, we do tend to find that our
cleaning vacancies attract female applicants much more frequently than male
applicants.
The majority of our staff base consists of women who have
children at school and require a job that allows them to work school hours. For
this reason a major percentage of our cleaning takes place between the hours of 9am and 3pm.
All of our applicants have to provide references and a
checkable employment history and if applicants have not had a criminal records
check performed by a previous employer, we conduct a check to ensure that they
have a completely clear CRB history.
We may provide you with copies of references for any individual
cleaner on request and with the previous agreement of the cleaner concerned.
Most importantly, all of our team can clean to an extremely
high standard!
We are a friendly, locally based team – we all know each other and work very hard together to ensure that the success of Never Clean Again continues
