Phil is a really lovely man to do business with! He is friendly, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and a genuine "right on" man! As a daft old woman, I haven't a clue what to do when purchasing a new laptop, but as Phil had sorted out my old machine for me and kept it limping on long past the time that I should have given it a decent burial, he was the first person I called on when the new machine arrived. Everything was moved across with minimum fuss and bother. Certainly the man to know!

Data recovered - 10 years of photos

My daughter's laptop had mysteriously reverted to factory settings and she thought she had lost everything including 10 years worth of photos and all her university work. I took it to Phil and he spent more time than he expected it to take on trying to retrieve everything, but he managed it! Everything is back and safely backed up now! It is the clients responsibility to identify what data is required to be retained and ideally this data should be contained in a single folder on the clients original desktop.</p> <p>Any software installed by us must be licenced to the client and the client assumes all responsibility for the legal use of any software either already installed on their computers or supplied to us by the client for installation.</p> <p>In the event that the clients computer needs to be wiped and reinstalled then we will only be able to install the operating system and other software that the client makes available to us. </p> <p>It is therefore important that the client retains all original software media as purchased.</p>
